What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember your actions and preferences — what's in your cart, which language you chose, whether you're logged in — so you don't have to set them again on every page.

We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage. Everything in this policy applies to those too.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary

These make the store work. Without them you could not add items to your cart or complete a purchase. They do not require your consent. They cover your shopping cart and checkout session, security and fraud prevention, load balancing, your language and country selection, and your cookie preferences themselves. Set by Shopify and by our payment provider MONEI.

Functional

These improve the experience but are not essential. They cover on-site search and filtering, the order status lookup, product reviews and the messaging widget. Set by Rapid Search, StatusPro, Fera and Shopify Inbox.

Analytics

These tell us how many people visit, which pages they look at and where they came from, so we can improve the store. The information is aggregated. Set by Shopify Analytics.

Marketing

These are used to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you more relevant ads on other websites. They may be set by third parties.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you consent to them.

How long they last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period — typically from a few days up to two years, depending on the cookie — or until you delete them.

Managing your choices

When you first visit the store you are asked which categories you accept. You can change that decision at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer, or through Your Privacy Choices.

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser, in its privacy or security settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.
