1 - WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation. Once processed, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping transit time is generally 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country, zone, and selected shipping method.
In total, the estimated delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 business days from the date the order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.
2 - SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
To ensure timely processing, orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. The cut-off time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and may vary depending on the selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We also monitor shipments and may contact you if any delivery issues arise. For this reason, customers are required to provide a valid email address and telephone number during the checkout process.
If the destination country, city, or area is an island or remote location, delivery routes may vary and additional transit time may be required due to changes in shipping carriers.
In the event of shipping difficulties caused by changes in import/export regulations or logistical constraints, TheCoolgang reserves the right to change carriers if necessary to complete delivery.
3 - DELIVERY TIME AND DAY:
Shipping carriers operate from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery dates do not take into account local or regional holidays at the destination. Only national and local holidays at the origin location are considered.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, orders are generally delivered within a maximum of 30 days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
If the carrier is unable to locate the recipient, a second delivery attempt may be arranged. If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the customer may be required to collect the order from the carrier’s facilities, subject to the carrier’s policies.
4 - ORDERS NOT DELIVERED:
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid will not be refunded, and new shipping costs will have to be paid again for resending the merchandise.
